خرید و واردات  گوشت گرم گوساله از مبدأ کشور پاکستان

بدینوسیله به اطلاع کلیه اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی می رساند، شرکت جهاد سبز (سهامی خاص) در نظر دارد به منظور تأمین و واردات گوشت گرم گوساله از مبدأ کشور پاکستان به میزان تقریبی 5،000 تن، در چارچوب قوانین و مقررات جاری کشور و ضوابط حاکم بر واردات، از متقاضیان واجد صلاحیت دعوت به همکاری به عمل آورد.

لذا از کلیه متقاضیان محترم دعوت می شود حداکثر تا تاریخ 1404/10/08 نسبت به ارائه پیشنهاد قیمت، دریافت اطلاعات تکمیلی، انجام هماهنگی های لازم و نهایی نمودن فرآیند با دفتر مرکزی شرکت جهاد سبز تماس حاصل فرمایند.

2-موضوع فراخوان:

تأمین و واردات مقدار 5،000 تن گوشت گرم گوساله از کشور پاکستان.

3-مدارک و مستندات (پاکت الف):

ارسال مستندات شامل تصاویر اسناد ثبتی شرکت، مشخصات کامل شرکت کننده، سوابق اجرایی و کاری مرتبط، توانمندی های فنی و بازرگانی و سایر مستندات مربوطه می باشد، در صورت ارسال از طریق ایمیل، درج عنوان زیر در موضوع ایمیل الزامی است:

 فراخوان شماره 1- ۱۴۰۴  پاکت الف) (Part A).

4-پیشنهاد قیمت (پاکت ب):

ارسال پیشنهاد قیمت (پروفرما اینویس- PI ). در صورت ارسال از طریق ایمیل،  درج عنوان زیر در موضوع ایمیل الزامی است:

فراخوان شماره 1- ۱۴۰۴ پاکت ب (Part B).

5-مهلت و زمان بندی:

مهلت نهایی ارائه پاکت محتوی اسناد تا ساعت 10 صبح روز دوشنبه مورخ 1404/10/08 می باشد. و زمان بازگشایی پاکات دریافتی نیز ساعت ۱۴ همان روز می باشد.

6-نحوه درج اطلاعات فراخوان:

ضروری است متقاضیان شماره فراخوان را بصورت خوانا برروی هر دو پاکت (الف) و (ب) درج نمایند.

7-نحوه تحویل اسناد:

متقاضیان مکلف‌اند کلیه اسناد فراخوان را پس از مهر و امضا، در پاکت‌های جداگانه، مهر و امضاء شده، مطابق مهلت مقرر در بند (5)، به نشانی شرکت تحویل و رسید دریافت نمایند.
در فرآیند ارزیابی، ابتدا پاکت الف گشایش یافته و صرفاً در صورت احراز شرایط و صلاحیت‌های لازم، پاکت ب متقاضی بازگشایی خواهد شد.
متقاضیانی که از طریق رایانامه اقدام می‌نمایند، مکلف‌اند مدارک مربوطه را به نشانی info@jsabz.com ارسال کنند.

8-سایر شرایط:

شرکت جهاد سبز، با توجه به سهمیه‌ها و مجوزهای صادره از سوی وزارت متبوع، در رد یا قبول هر یک یا تمام پیشنهادات مختار بوده و ارائه پیشنهاد حقی برای متقاضیان جهت اعتراض یا مطالبه ایجاد نخواهد نمود.

Purchase and Import of Fresh Chilled veal CARCASS from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

 

This is to hereby notify all qualified natural and legal persons that Jahad Sabz Company (Private Joint Stock) intends, within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations of the country and the governing import rules, to procure and import approximately 5,000 metric tons of Fresh Chilled veal CARCASS from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and hereby invites eligible and qualified applicants to participate and cooperate in this process.

Accordingly, all interested applicants are invited to contact the Head Office of Jahad Sabz Company no later than 12/29/2025, in order to submit their price proposals, receive supplementary information, carry out the necessary coordination, and finalize the relevant procedures.

  1. Subject

Purchase and import of 5,000 metric tons of Fresh Chilled veal CARCASS from Pakistan.

  1. Submission of Documents (Envelope A)

Submission of documents including copies of company registration certificates, full identification details of the applicant, relevant executive and operational records, technical and commercial capabilities, and other related supporting documents is required.
In case of submission via email, the following subject line must be stated:

  1. Submission of Price Proposal  (Envelope B)

Submission of the price proposal in the form of a Proforma Invoice (PI) is required.
In case of submission via email, the following subject line must be stated:

  1. Deadline for Submission of Documents

The final deadline for submission of envelopes containing the required documents is 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 12/29/2025.
The opening of the received envelopes will take place at 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) on the same day.

  1. Reference Number Indication

Applicants are required to clearly indicate the Call Reference Number on both Envelope A and Envelope B.

  1. Submission Method

Applicants are obliged to place all signed and stamped documents in separate, sealed and stamped envelopes, and submit them to the Company’s address within the deadline specified in Clause (5), against an official receipt.
During the evaluation process, Envelope A shall be opened first, and only upon verification of the required qualifications and conditions, Envelope B of the applicant shall be opened.
Applicants submitting documents electronically must send the relevant files to info@jsabz.com.

  1. Other Terms and Conditions

Jahad Sabz Company, in accordance with the quotas and permits issued by the relevant Ministry, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and the submission of a proposal shall not create any right of objection or claim for the applicants.
